1.1 Information You Provide

• Player Name (Nickname): When you set a display name in the app to appear on the leaderboard.
• Game Scores: Your gameplay scores submitted to the global leaderboard.
• Game Statistics: Gameplay data such as lines cleared, levels reached, games played, daily challenge streaks, and achievements unlocked.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data, including app opens, screen views, and general engagement metrics. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Device Information: Basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version may be collected through Firebase Analytics.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
• Location data (GPS)
• Photos, contacts, or other personal files
• Payment information (all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Displaying your nickname and scores on the global leaderboard
• Tracking your in-game achievements and statistics
• Improving the app experience through aggregated analytics
• Managing your subscription status

3. Data Storage & Security

Your game data (nickname, scores, statistics) is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google. Firebase infrastructure is hosted in secure data centers and is subject to Google's security policies.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for app functionality:

• Google Firebase (Analytics & Firestore) — for analytics and data storage
• Apple — for subscription management and payment processing

5. Children's Privacy

BLOCKii is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@blockii.app and we will promptly delete such information.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and KVKK), you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Objection: Object to the processing of your data
• Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention

We retain your game data for as long as you use the app. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it does not identify individual users.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States (where Google Firebase servers are located). By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
