Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using BLOCKii ("the App"), developed and operated by Flatisler ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using BLOCKii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BLOCKii. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

BLOCKii offers a premium subscription ("BLOCKii PRO") that unlocks additional features. PRO is available in the following plans:
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:
After cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Free (non-PRO) users may play up to 2 games per day. This limit resets daily. Some features (hold piece, ghost piece, premium themes, premium music, custom start level) are available exclusively to PRO subscribers.
All content in BLOCKii — including but not limited to graphics, music, sound effects, UI design, code, and the BLOCKii name and logo — is the property of Flatisler and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
BLOCKii is an original creation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, The Tetris Company, or any other entity.
By submitting a nickname and scores to the global leaderboard, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this information within the App. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove nicknames and scores that violate our guidelines.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatisler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
